Please note, a parent of a student enrolled in the district or school is entitled to review all teaching materials, instructional materials, and other teaching aids used in the classroom of the parent's child, including while the child is participating in virtual or remote learning and may request that the school district or school make the materials available to review.

In accordance with Texas Education Code § 37.105, a school administrator, school resource officer (SRO), or district police officer has the authority to refuse entry to or eject a person from district property if the individual refuses to leave peaceably upon request. Appeals regarding refusal of entry or ejection from district property may be filed in accordance with policies FNG(LOCAL) or GF(LOCAL), as appropriate.
