Susan Clardy, Ed.D. named Executive Director of Accountability, Research & Evaluation

Susan Clardy, Ed.D., comes to Willis as the Executive Director of Accountability, Research and Evaluation after serving as the Associate Principal at College Park High School since 2006. Prior to that, she was an assistant principal at Oak Ridge High School and a counselor at The Woodlands High School. 

Clardy said, "I am genuinely excited about my new position and the opportunities it offers for growth and learning. I feel energized by the chance to grow professionally and contribute to a dynamic team. This new chapter is both challenging and inspiring, and I'm eager to start making a positive impact."

Dr. Clardy has 25 years of experience in education administration and holds a Master of Science in School Counseling from Kutztown University and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Sam Houston State University.
