  • 3/16

Lake Somerville Tournament was a tough event with few fish caught.
However, if you had a female angler on your boat, you were set up today; all the ladies caught fish today.

Culp/Frazier bagged 3 solid keepers for an 8th place finish.
    Brown/Schwartz bag 2 keepers for a 14th place finish.
Mitchell/Ragan bag 1 with 2 minutes to spare.

Final results will be posted on Wednesday. If you are in the cut line congrats.
It's time for regionals on Lake Limestone. April 13th.

If you’re the parent/guardian of a WISD middle school student (grades 6-8th) who might be interested in joining our fishing club, please make plans to attend the informational meeting on May 8th. More details can be found on our Facebook page!

  • Congrats to all of our anglers and captains!

Qualifier tournament #3 is in the books! A big congrats to team Griffin/Landaverde for snagging 12th place with a 2.62 weigh-in at Toledo Bend this past weekend.

Sam Rayburn. What a day for our Junior BassKats!!! It started off as a terribly cold one, delayed due to heavy fog, but the anglers and captains toughed it out for some great action on the water! It was a hard fish with water levels 8ft below normal and a 30-degree temperature fluctuation, but our guys and girls showed up big!

    Final overall standings:
    9th place: Griffin/Landaverde (9.04 lbs)12th place: Martin/Robb (7.42 lbs)27th place: Johnson/Smith (2.43 lbs)29th place: Beason/Larson (2.25 lbs)

  • What an amazing first tournament for our Junior BassKats!

    Stow Away Marina
    Lake Conroe, TX

A total of 55 teams participated in this tournament and Willis' Brabham and Lynn Lucas middle schools were well represented with 14 anglers (7 teams) present!
It was a HARD fish day with only 17 of the 55 teams weighing in with a catch. But our anglers and captains kept smiles on their faces and showed amazing team spirit throughout!

    Final Placements:
    Griffin/Landaverde 8th overall
    Sponseller/Pratt 9th overall
    Sponseller/Pratt biggest fish in tournament

A HUGE thank you to all of our parents, captains, anglers, sponsors and donors.
None of this would have been possible without YOU!
