Kameron Wilder has been serving Willis ISD since 1999. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Academic Studies as well as a Master of Arts Degree in School Counseling, both from Sam Houston State University. She has a principal certification as well as an early childhood endorsement to teach prekindergarten and kindergarten. Her time in education has been spent in a kindergarten classroom, school counseling office, and most recently as an administrator. Mrs. Wilder has been a principal in Willis ISD since 2016.

She is honored to be the principal at Lagway Elementary, the newest campus in Willis ISD. With her experience at Turner Elementary as an instructional leader, she can accomplish the district’s goals of implementing a student-centered campus that focuses on learning. 

Mrs. Wilder is married to a Willis ISD graduate and has two children. She enjoys visiting with friends, reading a good book, and drinking a good cup of coffee in the morning.
