Calandra Lewis has been serving education for 32 years and Willis ISD for 18 years. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching from Sam Houston State University, as well as her Master of Education in Educational Administration Degree from Prairie View A&M University. Mrs. Lewis spent her time in education as an elementary teacher for 15 years before becoming the Assistant Principal in 2006 at Parmley Elementary. She was named Principal at Parmley Elementary in 2013 and Coordinator/Principal of Roark Early Education Center in 2018. 

She is very dedicated to her school, staff, and parents. She exhibits the district's mission of developing in each student the knowledge, skills, and behaviors essential for life-long learning. She believes EVERY child counts and EVERY child learns!

Mrs. Lewis has been married for 32 years and has 3 children. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and living on the WILD side(foodie and adrenaline junkie).
