TRACK WILL BEGIN ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 2ND, 2022.
*There will be an after-school practice from 3:15-5:00 PM on Wednesday AND Thursday, Feb 2-3, 2022. If you are interested in participating in track, you must attend one of these days!
*We will meet in the large gym.
YOU MUST HAVE AN UPDATED PHYSICAL ON FILE AND RANKONE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE.
WHAT TO BRING:
1. RUNNING SHOES
2. YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE
3. ATHLETIC ATTIRE (this does not include running shorts that are open on the sides, spaghetti strap shirts, or vans/flat shoes, etc.)
4. NO JEWELRY
5. A POSITIVE ATTITUDE: be ready to work and be flexible.
