Mr. Timothy Douglas
This is Mr. Douglas 2nd year teaching at Willis High School, and 14th year in education. Mr. Douglas has taught all 4 levels of Architectural Design, 3 levels of Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, Robotics, and Ag Mechanics. In addition to teaching CTE classes Mr. Douglas has taught Special Education for 1st, 7th and 8th grader students. Mr. Douglas earned his Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University and a Master of Education from Concordia University Texas.
Mr. Douglas prepares his students for success in the 21st century global society by creating learning opportunities that are challenging, meaningful, and relevant. He believes that ALL students can learn at high levels and should have the opportunity to demonstrate their mastery. He believes that teachers must embrace change, encourage innovation and foster creativity; not just in their students, but in themselves.
Mr. Douglas is married to a math teacher and has 2 children. In their free time, they like to spend time camping and taking road trips.
