Language Arts Composite Teaching Certificate

Mrs. Vicki Clary

Hello WildKat family!  I am Vicki Clary, and this is my 27th year at Stubblefield!  I am a Willis graduate, as are my daughters, Lacy and Kirsten.  My husband, James, also a former WildKat, is a big supporter of the WildKats!

I began at Stubblefield as a paraprofessional and earned a Language Arts Composite degree from SHSU in 2003.  I teach 7th/8th-grade reading and facilitate distance learning for credit recovery and/or elective classes.

7/8th-grade students will learn new reading comprehension strategies and be required to implement them as they read.  High school students are given an opportunity to continue most elective or credit recovery classes while attending Stubblefield.  My goal is for every student to return to home campus with passing elective credit and/or much progress made in credit recovery classes.

Every student will receive resilience training to motivate and create positive change, leading them to freedom, opportunity, and self-respect.  It is my hope that each student leaves my classroom knowing I care about their academic and social success. Feel free to contact me during my conference from 12:25-1:00
