• EARLY BIRD PROGRAM

    The Early Bird program is using SchoolPay for all online payments. If you have an existing account, you simply add your student.  If you do not have an account, you will need to create an account.  You will need your students ID number to process payments. PLEASE NOTE: if you believe that you have overpaid/paid twice or are needing a refund, please email Erica Arnaud earnaud@willisisd.org with the request and include the child(ren)'s name and campus in your email.

    The EARLY BIRD PROGRAM is a before-school program provided on all six elementary school campuses and Roark Early Education Center to assist parents who may need to drop students off earlier than the school start time.

  • COST

    Weekly - $10 per week for one student; $18 per week for 2 or more students.
    Monthly - $40 per month for one student; $72 per month for 2 or more students. *If paying monthly, please note that some months have 5 weeks and some have 3 weeks. Please play accordingly.
    Semester - discounted to $150 per semester for one student; $270 per semester for 2 or more students.
    Year - $300 for the school year for one student; $540 for the school year for 2 or more students.

    This fee is paid whether your child/children attends one day or all week.  Fees are due each Monday morning for that week. A $20 fee will be charged on all returned checks.  If paying in person, please keep in mind that they cannot make change.

    Please Note: If you have a balance due from the previous year’s Early Bird program, your child may not participate in Early Birds until your account has been brought current.

    Where: Cafeteria entrance
    When: 6:30 a.m. – 7:45 a.m.

    TIME & PLACE FOR DROP OFF - Roark Early Education Center
    Where: Gym entrance
    When: 6:30 a.m. – 7:50 a.m.  

    SUPERVISION

    Attendants for supervision of the children will greet your child at the door or be visible so that parents will know someone is there to safely receive their child.
    There will be a designated area for Early Bird children – a television to watch cartoons, a quiet area for children who need to do homework and a place for the children to visit or play games.

    FOOD

    Breakfast is served on all elementary campuses between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m.

    BEHAVIOR

    Students participating in the Early Bird program are expected to adhere to the Willis ISD Code of Conduct as set forth by the District. Staff will communicate and enforce clear and consistent behavior.

    Routine discipline matters will be handled at each campus location by the Early Bird staff and parents will be informed promptly. More severe or persistent issues may result in the Early Bird leadership
    notifying Campus or District administration. Campus and District administration will act according to the Willis ISD Student Code of Conduct and may include student removal from the Early Bird Program
    for a period time, or indefinitely.
