Free & Reduced-Price Meals
Your family may qualify for free or reduced-priced meals.
As a part of the National School Lunch Program, some students may be eligible for a free or reduced-priced lunch. All families wishing to receive free or reduced meals must complete a new application each school year. If the family received assistance in the previous year, it will continue for the first 30 operating days into the new year or until a new application is processed. The fastest way to apply for free or reduced-price meals is by completing an online application, found at www.schoolcafe.com/willisisd. Paper applications can take up to 10 days to process. After the application has been processed, the family will receive a notice stating the benefits for which the family is eligible. If a paper application is needed, it can be picked up at any school office, cafeteria or at the Child Nutrition office. You may also print it in English (PDF) or Spanish (PDF).
If printing an application, the original application may be mailed to the Child Nutrition Office at 612 N. Campbell, Willis, TX 77378, OR sent to your child’s school to be turned into the Child Nutrition Office. You may also email the application to the Child Nutrition Secretary, Mandy Chance, at mchance@willisisd.org.

Meal Payments & Pricing
Adding Funds
We have three convenient ways to add funds to your students' meal account. This helps speed up our service and ensure that your child always has money on account for any additional items they may want to purchase.
- Cash is always accepted at your students' cafeteria at the register.
- Checks can be delivered to the cafeteria before or after lunch. Please put your student's ID number in the memo field of the check, so we are able to credit the appropriate account.
- Prepay online with credit or debit cards. Sign up online to receive low balance reminders and set reoccurring payments.
Graduating Students / Leaving the District
If your student is graduating or leaving the district and has a balance remaining on their account, please complete the Remaining Balance - Request for Refund Form and submit to your students' cafeteria or the Child Nutrition office. You may also email the request to the Child Nutrition Secretary, Mandy Chance, mchance@willisisd.org for faster response. For current students, any remaining balance will carry over from campus-to-campus and from year-to-year.
