Anyone registered to vote within the Willis ISD boundaries is eligible to vote in the 2024 bond election.

If you reside within WISD and are registered to vote at that address, you are eligible to vote in the bond election. You DO NOT have to live within the City of Willis to be eligible to vote.

To be eligible to register in Texas, individuals must meet the following criteria:
- be a U.S. citizen;
- be a resident of the county;
- be 18 years old (you may register at 17 years and 10 months);
- not a convicted felon (unless a person's sentence is completed, including any probation or parole)
- not declared mentally incapacitated by a court of law

Voting By Mail

To submit your ballot by mail, you must meet the following criteria set by the state:

• 65 years or older
• sick or disabled
• be out of the county on election day and during the period for early voting by personal appearance
• expected to give birth within three weeks before or after Election Day
• confined in jail, but otherwise eligible
