FFA Week at Willis ISD

The Willis FFA is comprised of more than 100 students with varied interests in Agriculture and Leadership.  Adult advisors, Dane Castleschouldt, Russell Cater and Amanda Traylor supervise two officer teams who plan activities and meetings and carry out the everyday business of the largest student-run organization in the nation.  Willis FFA members are involved in various activities that range from Public Speaking, Parliamentary Procedure, Radio Broadcasting and Agricultural Skills Competitions to Livestock Judging and Horse Judging Competitions, along with Agricultural Mechanics and Exhibition of Livestock at the county and state level. This year has been an amazing year for the Willis Wildkat FFA, and we are looking forward to the expansion of our organization with the upcoming opening of our new Agricultural Science Center in the Fall of 2018.

Texas FFA Mission: "FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education."
