Establish a student code of conduct for elementary and secondary campuses that reflects behavior expectations for students on Willis ISD campuses.

Create an accessible reporting process where stakeholders can easily understand the financial breakdown of district finances.

Track and utilize data to determine needs for enrichment, intervention, and remediation based on student individualized needs.

Prioritize and develop critical, relevant, and aligned sessions across district and campus professional development.

Develop a comprehensive community directory to make it easily accessible for staff to bring community stakeholders into classroom lessons, field trips, and student experiences.

Build and maintain genuine, trust-based relationships by setting and modeling clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and fostering open communication for mutual growth and understanding.

Strengthen educators’ skills in building genuine relationships and effective mentorship to support student success and a collaborative school environment.
