Susan Fossler is proud to serve as the principal of C.C. Hardy Elementary.   She comes with 21+ years of education experience, which includes teaching in 2nd (self-contained) and 4th grade ELA, counseling, assistant principal, and now principal.  Prior to coming to  Willis ISD, Mrs. Fossler served in Conroe ISD for 17 years.  She served as both a counselor and assistant principal at Parmley Elementary.  This year begins her first year as a principal at C.C. Hardy Elementary.  Mrs. Fossler graduated from Sam Houston State University with her degree in Elementary Education and a Masters in School Counseling.  She then received her principal certification through Lamar University.

We believe ALL our students can and will be successful in school. Therefore, your child(ren) must be at school to get the most of their education. Be sure to let the school know of any absences that your child may have.  Also, it is important to read with your children for at least 20 minutes a night.  The more your child reads the more they learn and become better readers.  This can include you taking turns to read and even the parent reading a book aloud.
