- The Willis ISD Rank One Parent Portal link below will guide you through the steps that must be submitted prior to participation for the 2022-2023 school year. These required UIL Acknowledgement and Emergency Information documents MUST be completed prior to any participation for all activities.

Step 2: Pre-Participation Physical

Based upon minimum requirements for participation in UIL activities, and for the utmost concern regarding student safety, Willis ISD requires an annual physical on file in the WHS Athletic Training Office, dated April 15th or after, for the upcoming school year. 

*** PER UIL POLICY REQUIREMENT, THIS FORM MUST BE ON FILE PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION IN ANY PRACTICE, SCRIMMAGE, PERFORMANCE OR CONTEST BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER SCHOOL. ***
