School districts are required to annually publish results of state assessments through an accountability report as required by Texas Education Code Chapter 39. The report, titled the Annual Academic Accountability Report, includes information on: district and campus performance objectives, school report cards, district accreditation status, post secondary report, report of violent or criminal incidents and actual financial data. Additionally, the district must include the Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR), published annually by the TEA, and present the report in a public meeting.
