    Board Selects Superintendent Search Firm

    The Willis ISD Board of Trustees met in a special meeting Nov. 30 to consider and take possible action regarding the superintendent search process. In a unanimous vote, the board hired legal consultants David Thompson and Mike Moses of Thompson & Horton, LLP. The firm laid out a timeline for the process, which is variable and can take four to six months.

  • Eaton Hired as Planning and Construction Manager

    Willis ISD welcomes Robert (Bob) Eaton as the district’s new Planning and Construction Manager. The position is new and was approved by the Board at the meeting held Sept. 20. Click the headline to read more.

  • Student of the Month - October 2023

    Cannan Elementary students Creek Langford and Austin Rios led the pledges and prayer before the presentation of the district’s Elementary Student of the Month. Ryan Cook, a fifth grader at Cannan Elementary, was nominated by his teacher. Click the headline to read more.

  • New Resource Officers

    During the October school board meeting, the Board of Trustees approved adding five additional School Resource Officers. The district currently contracts with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for nine officers. Click the headline to read more.

    Scores are now available in Parent Self Serve as a link. The easiest way to acess is to use the Willis ISD Parent Self Serve app. There is a link next to the student's name that says "Texas Assessment Parent Portal". If you click on that it takes you directly to their score page - no other passwords needed. This only works on a regular computer, not a phone.

Hay un enlace al lado del nombre del estudiante que dice "Texas Assessment Parent Portal". Si hace clic en eso, lo llevará directamente a su página de puntaje, no se necesitan otras contraseñas.
