NOTICE TO ANY APPLICANT:
All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. If an applicant is NOT a United States citizen then the applicant must show proof of residency and/or work authorization. Non-resident applicants must have a proper VISA to work in the United States. Our district does NOT assist you in obtaining the proper permits/VISA.
BENEFITS FOR FULL TIME EMPLOYEES
The district pays 100% of all employees' base health insurance($1250 deductible- if lower deductible is chosen then the employee pays the difference in the premium. The district still pays the base premium). Dental, vision, disability, life insurance, etc. are also available. Low rates for family members. Payday is the1st and 15th of the month. All employees and substitutes may choose Direct Deposit.
All applicants must submit an online application and print the Reference Forms at the link provided in the instructions for Professional or Support Applicants and at the end of the application. After submitting an online application please forward the necessary credentials (which are listed on the instruciton page ) to the Human Resources Department to be scanned into the application. Campus principals have requested no telephone calls from applicants. The principals can review your application online and will contact you if they wish to schedule an interview. Refence forms and other documents may be mailed or hand deliver to the Human Resource Department at 204 W. Rogers, Willis, TX 77378 and will be scanned into the application.
Anyone HIRED for position must be fingerprinted before they can work.
SUPPORT SUBSTITUTES
A background check will be completed on all substitutes prior to hire. Auxilliary substitutes (Child Nutrition, Custodian, and Transportation) must be fingerprinted before they can work. the district pays for the fingerprint and the cost is deducted from the substitutes first pay check. Pay checks will be mailed to all substitutes on the 1st and 15th of the month.
Substitutes are not eligible for benefits.

Substitutes are not used for Aides or Clerical Staff. The exception is for Special
Education Aides in special need classes and they are paid $60.00 per day.
