Registration Information for 2008-09 School Year
** Each student will be required to register at his or her zoned campus. **
View the Elementary Zones to determine which elementary campus students will attend in grades PK - 5.
View the Middle School Zones to determine which middle school students will attend in grades 6 - 8.
Grades 9 - 12 will attend Willis High School.
If you have questions about which zone you live in, contact the Willis ISD transportation department at 856-1220.
YOU WILL NEED... 2 Proofs of Residence (Required by WISD School Board Policy)
Parent and child seeking admission must be bona fide residents of the District, i.e. they eat, sleep, maintain clothing and other personal effects at an address in the campus attendance zone.
EXAMPLE PROOFS: gas, electric, water, or telephone bill showing street address, apartment lease, property contract: Driver’s license, check book, or P.O. Box will not be acceptable proof of residence.
ALSO NEEDED:
Shot Records/updated immunization card
Official Certified Birth Certificate
Student’s Social Security Card
Report Card from Previous School (if available)
Custody or Guardianship documents (if applicable)
Complete the Registration Packet for New Students
