Complaint Process

For the Parents/Guardians of Students in the District:

Students and parents/guardians are encouraged to discuss their concerns and complaints through informal conferences with the appropriate teacher, principal, or other campus administrator. Concerns should be expressed as soon as possible to allow early resolution at the lowest possible administrative level. If an informal conference regarding a complaint fails to reach the outcome requested by the student or parent, the student or parent may initiate the formal process described below by timely filing a written complaint
form below.  The Board Policy outlining the process may be accessed here.

For the General Public Without Students in the District:

The general public who do not have students in the district are encouraged to discuss concerns and complaints through informal conferences with the appropriate administrator. Concerns should be expressed as soon as possible to allow early resolution at the lowest possible administrative level. If an informal conference regarding a complaint fails to reach the outcome requested by an individual, he or she may initiate the formal process described below by timely filing a written complaint form. The Board policy outlining the process may be accessed here.
