Notes:
The new sign up page will allow you to enter information for up to 5 students at a time. To sign up for an account, you must know your child(ren)'s social security number, their Willis ISD student ID number, and you must have a valid email account and it must be the individual's email account who is filling out the form. Generic, group or company email accounts will not be accepted. The student ID number can be found on a report card, a progress report, a schedule, or other official communication from your child's school. This number is the same as their lunch or library card number. If you don't know your child's ID number, ask your child or see your child's school registrar.
Due to the anticipated large number of account requests, we are asking that you allow 10-15 business days for us to verify the information and set up your account during the school year (account requests made during summer or when students are on holiday may not be completed until school is in session). As with the past parent portal application, your account is good from year to year as long as we continue with the same program. We will notify you by email with your username and password to log into the system when it is ready.
After you receive the email with your username and passw
ord, click the "LOGIN HERE" link at the top of the page. This link will be there when registration is open. Remember to save it in your favorites for easy access in the future. A link is also provided on the Willis ISD homepage on the top right side under Quick Links named "TEMS Portal".
