Willis ISD offers a before-school care program called Early Birds.

This program begins at 6:35 a.m. and is offered at A.R. Turner, CC Hardy, Cannan, Meador, and Parmley elementary schools for children who need to be dropped off prior to the start of school each morning.

The cost is $10 per week for one child.
