Report of District-Wide Utility Consumption
In Compliance with Texas House Bill 3693


Government Code §2264.001 (b) as amended in 2007 by Texas House Bill 3693 (80th Legislature) requires the posting of the metered amounts of electricity, natural gas, and water consumed for which the school district is responsible to pay and the aggregate costs for those services.

Yearly charts show total monthly usage and cost for Willis ISD facilities to include electricity / natural gas / water consumption for campuses, greenhouses, marquees, portable buildings, central office administrative buildings, stadium concession stands, baseball fields, tennis center, transportation department & fuel stations, and maintenance building & warehouses.
