Welcome to 2nd Grade at C.C. Hardy Elementary!
I am so excited to be teaching in Willis this year after my family and I relocated to the area a year ago.
This is my 12th year in education and have previously taught 2nd grade and 1st grade for 10 years in Pasadena and Friendswood.
My husband and I have been married for 27 years and we have three beautiful children: 25, 22, and 20. We currently have 2 in college with dreams of becoming a chef and teacher.
My goal for 2nd grade this year will be to instill a love and passion for learning in every subject area. I want all students to believe in themselves and know that education is the most important thing that they can do for themselves in their lives. We will have fun while we apply learning to real life situations! We will practice strong character building social and emotional skills in and out of the classroom setting.
Thank you so much for the opportunity to touch your child's life for a brief ten months. Please know that I am always available for you and them long after this great year ends. Thank you so much for all of the wonderful parent support that you give both them and myself. Together, we will impact the future of wonderful minds and hearts!
