The Mission of the Montgomery County Pct.1 Constable’s Office is to provide a safe and secure learning environment for the students, faculty, and staff ,and to protect the rights and property of the Willis Independent School District within carefully prescribed policy, ethical, statutory, and constitutional restrictions.

Philosophy- It is the intent of the Pct.1 Constable’s Office to limit intrusion into the normal operations of the daily instructional programs and assist the Willis Administration by enforcing federal, state, and local laws. Together, we take a proactive approach to law enforcement through education and guidance.
